As far as percentage increases, my guess would be the western states, some you wouldn't think of, like South Dakota, North Dakota, Wyoming, Montana, Idaho. That's where the job market is right now, particularly North Dakota for new oil production.
The sunbelt states are a little overbuilt right now, but I'd expect that to resolve itself within a few years as more baby-boomers retire to warmer, dryer climates.

I actually agree with this. And as for the baby boomers, well... I just hope we have somewhere to put them when they all, you know, croak.
