so its still a murder in Juarez cause the crime happened there, it attracts violence.

Overall I think this was a horrible year for Mexican cities. Nuevo Laredo had over 200 murders per 100,000 people at one point. 41 Americans went missing in NL and the violence is starting to spill over to Laredo, TX. The Mexican drug cartels do horrible things that most American gangs wouldn't even think of. They burn people alive in gasoline and torture you. This all just convinces me more that our country needs to crack down on illegal immigration.

the paper said that the Albuquerque murders are almost all drug and gang related and its drug dealers sending messages to those who dont pay up.

There were 2 people burned in their cars out in the desert in 2 seperated incidents,1 guy was left in a trunk of a car shot up and left on the side of the street in a descent neighborhood like in a mafia movie and another was cut up with a machete.

Wow, 123 murders in the 23 wards (Tokyo city proper)? That was a lot more than I thought. I guess they don't post every single murder on Japan Today's website. The raw numbers of Tokyo would be roughly about the same as Atlanta, but of course the population is what makes Tokyo's rate MUCH lower.

I wonder how the metro areas, statewide, and nationwide numbers compare to last year. While they are decreasing in the cities, they may be increasing in the suburban areas. In Atlanta some of the suburban areas are becoming the new ghettos while many of the former inner city neighborhoods are cleaning up and remodeling due to the rising demand of housing within the city.
