Cities/Towns that are New Age/Metaphysical Destinations (college, areas)

What cities, towns, or areas of the US have a large draw as being New Age/Metaphysical destinations? I really don't like those terms as they automatically seem to have negative connotations for some people.
I am aware of Sedona, AZ & Asheville, NC as having a large population that is interested in these things. Anybody know of anyplace else?
Peoria, IL???? For real??? I went to college there, but that was a very long time ago. I don't remember any of this there at that time--late 70's--did this change occur after then...or I just didn't notice it way back when???
^Yup, have heard areas of Colorado near the Springs and what not are new age havens.
When you say near the Springs...do you mean Colorado Springs?
