I live in a middle to upper middle class city (Weston, FL) that is somewhere around 40% white, 40% "Hispanic", 5% black and 5% Asian. My immediate neighborhood is very middle class and probably closer to 60% white and pretty equally split on the rest. Median income in my zip code is around 75 thousand and surrounding zip codes are around/above 100 thousand.

I live in the Hamton Roads area of Virginia, so much of these parts are dominated by the military. My specific neighborhood is right outside of Little Creek Amphibious Base, so there are many active duty and retired military people here. However, my corner of Virginia Beach, known as "Bayside", is actually quite diverse. We have a few upscale areas, but we've also got arguably the worst areas of the city (crime ridden and run-down). This specific part of the city is right on the Chesapeake Bay (hence "Bayside") so the boater/sailor culture is big around here. Mostly middle class, aside from the few neighborhoods on either end of the spectrum, and suburban.

EDIT: I checked out hhreport.com and it gave me the specifics for my actual neighborhood, not just the Bayside area:

Population: 6,216

White: 73%
Black: 18%
Hispanic: 7%
Asian: 1%

High Earners: 8%
Upper Middle Class: 13%
Upper Middle Families: 14%
Young Professionals: 11%
Middle America: 8%
Blue Collar: 9%
Lower Income: 9%
Lowest Income: 28%
