looking at the map i cant figure out why women in those areas have high mortality, the coast yes i understand, high stress, i live there-- . the states in the deep south looked ok. but appalachian not good. i am thinking its lack of high quality medical care? appalachian area is known for poverty and often i have noted people will be missing teeth issues of poverty.
