Default Which Georgia City has the MOST dysfunctional Local government?

Of the following Georgia cities, which one do you think has the most dysfunctiional local government: racial bickering, scandals, secrecy, wasteful spending, just general ineptitude, etc

Macon GA..... with Council Woman Elaine 'Hussein" Lucas and her battles with Erick EricKKKson, and Chris Krok.

I love to listen every morning to WMAC-AM to Krok Talk.. some of the things that happen in Macon-Bib County are beyond ridiculous.

Pretty much sums up Macon/Bibb government. Even when new people are voted in, they end up the same as the old folks in short time.

In Augusta, there was one commissioner named Marion Williams who was an absolute joke. Every other word out of his mouth was "aint".. he basically spoke in ebonics. There was even a fistfight at one local government meeting between a supposed community activist and a member of the Coliseum authority. For a while, Augusta government was more interesting to watch then reality tv.

I think local politics in Augusta are the most racially divisive I have seen almost anywhere.
Macon seems to have just a collection of bafoons.

At least they finally got rid of Mayor C. Jack Ellis.... he was a total embarrassment to Macon and he is evidence of why term limits are necessary. If not for them he would still be in power!! Now they need to get rid of long-term council members like Elaine Lucas who loves nothing more than to stir up racially charged claims against others. She labeled fellow city council member and editor-in-chief of conservative Redstate.com Eric Erickson and Eric KKK Erikkkson. She was dubed Elaine 'Hussein' Lucas by Macon talkshow host Chris Krok.... the duo got into a heated on air argument on Krok's audition to take the hosting job....after he called her out on her do nothing politics in Macon for the past 20 years
