Mr. Larry Leach is in the Blue Ridge Georgia area. (Actually lives in Mineral Bluff)

I have an excellent builder. He built my home in The Georgian Highlands (mountain community between Jasper and Ellijay). He's from the old school and doesn't cut corners! I can highly recommend him. He is one of the few truly honest GC's around. If you are interested, send me a private message.

Jef Welch at Chestatee Custom Homes I have found out is the best. He may be a little bit higher than other contractors, but he builds them right, from the ground up. I have learned from talking to my Real Estate agent and others around here that Jef's houses will appraise for more just because they know he built them.
