Default Rental property in Duluth

Does anyone have any suggestions about where to find rental properties in zip codes 30096, 30097 specifically areas zoned for Northview HS, Chattahoochee, and Duluth HS? Maybe someone out can point us in the right direction. Thanks!

You can also go to any supermarket (publix, koger) in Atlanta and pick up one of apartment finder magazine. It listed all apartments.

Here is from my early posting.

reserve at sugarloaf (30097, Peachtree Ridge school district)
avonlea on the river (30097, NorthView school district)
gables sugarloaf (30097, PeachTree Ridge School district)
paces commons (30096, Duluth High school)
estate at crossroad (30096, Duluth High school)
Archstone State Bridge (30022, Chattahoochee)

I read one of your early posts regarding snobbish of people. Just pass along this story.

Neal Boortz, a conservative talk show host in Atlanta, said that when he move his kids to one of best top North Fulton high schools (I assume either Chattahoochee or NorthView), all his kids' friends are pretty snobbish.
All of them can talk about is that whose parents make more money (since most of them live inside one of many country clubs in the area). He said he moved his kids out of that school next semester. I am not sure whether I believe he or not since Neal Boortz is one of wealthiest people around.

jxu66.......

thanks for the great info......and for the insight too. I know kids nowadays can be real confused about what is really important in life and many parents don't take the time to set their kids straight and teach them what real values they should place importance on. Many parents have forgotten to teach their kids to be real people and not judge other people by what car they drive or what kind of house they live in, but most of all treat others the way they want to be treated. I spend probably too much time talking to my kids about the importance of being leaders, not followers, and always be themselves regardless of who likes them or not. Trust me, whether it is Georgia or Egypt, they know how to snuff out who the fakes are..... and if they forget, I will be here to set them straight. Thanks.
