Here in the state of Washington, effective 2035 you will not be able to buy a new gas-powered car in the state. You will, however, still be allowed to license gas-powered vehicles purchased out-of-state. Many WA people go to Kellogg, Idaho to buy from Dave Smith motors already, for the lower prices. Of course, in any of these ICE ban states the governors and legislators may change between now and then and overturn those draconian laws.
Until 2035, when at least 7 US states will ban the sale of gasoline-using cars, which I assume includes hybrids but I am not positive about hybrids.
Yeah and the devil is in the details. Have you read some of the exceptions? NJ will allow a resident to purchase a gas powered vehicle from another state and register it in NJ. Other states have the same thing. Like I said- there are options.
You don't believe OPEC, a cartel, plays a role in commodity price controls. I do. There is ample evidence to support my position.
I see no reason to debate it with you further. Not being snarky- just telling the truth.
The cartel is effective only with an already tight market; not under normal conditions.
