I bring this up because I believe a good amount of people would do something else, even illegal to try to make money instead.

You know, the belief that your above a certain wage, even if you need the money.

What would you do?

For those of us who have worked for less than $5 per hour, it's no big deal. Wouldn't want to do it, but would if we had to.

And THAT is the difference between those who succeed and those who don't. It's the willingness to do what has to be done, rather than sit and make excuses.

Of course I would work! Working for $5 is not undignified. Refusing to work for $5/hr because you think a decent job is beneath you, even when your circumstances are desperate, THAT is undignified.

I agree, I'm just saying I think a lot more people then you think would rather do something illegal because they feel the job is beneath them.

Five dollars an hour is $850 a month, and I'm on social security and I'm living on that now. But I'd hate to have to work for it.
