Not just tofu, but a pure vegetarian diet will give you gas... partly because they must eat beans for the protein they lose by not eating meat.

Climate legislation is moving through Congress at a steady but consistent rate
Major corporations, as has been pointed out, are fully on board with the understanding that it's necessary and it can be a good business
