For BBQ I'd say short sugars in Reidsville , Kepleys in High Point would be second best

For Hot Dogs - Hams

Red slaw is BBQ. If you are in a hi BBQ area ie Lexington. You will get red on your dog.

There are a lot of good barbecue places in/around Winston-Salem, but the best I've had is Snooks over in Davie County. Excellent stuff!

Best places will offer both. I know I prefer red slaw on BBQ & hot dogs, but the white stuff on my burgers.

Default Best BBQ

In Greensboro it's Stamey's on High Point Rd, right across from the coliseum.

Another good place is Lexington BBQ.

If you like vinegar based sauces, then your in luck.

I did some great dogs on the grill last night. White slaw not red. They ate every one of them. Used Bunny rolls not toasting.

I've never heard of red slaw on hotdogs...as far as I know it's strictly for barbecue.

You need to give it a try. I started having it at football & basketball games then we called it hot dog slaw then I realize they serve it on BBQ as well.
