Was in Greensboro recently looking at homes. Quite a few nice homes for sale in and around Greensboro BUT some are located in close proximity to where the new I 840 loop is going in. Don't want to settle in to a new home only to find you will have the interstate in you backyard shortly.
Check those maps and plans before you make your offers.

Yeah, the urban loop. Part of it is near my home. It wasn't there when we moved here 8 years ago. There are no ramps from it to our area, so that's good at least. But we can hear the traffic from it when we're outside. It's not real loud, but definitely audible.
