McConnel Crossing Good or bad idea. (mobile home, safe neighborhood, shop)

My family and I could possibly be moving to greensboro area. Does anyone have any info on a neighborhood called McConnel Crossing it looks nice and we are considering it but would like to here others opinions please.

I am a resident of McConnell Crossing mobile home park and find that it is a quiet and safe neighborhood,,,other residents are a little quiet at 1st but warm up when they get to know you. Some of the perks are close to 40/85 and main city,,,shopping is within 4 miles for food and 10 for walmart. Hope this helps
