I was out and about in Lexington and since I graduated from Central I was familiar with Allred Road. When I was in high school I use Allread Road over Becks Church since Becks Church had alot of school buses.

So today I decided to go to look for this home. I knew it would be easy to find since a lot of homes on that road are double wides.

This house had a sifn that said Hedrick and that was the name of the builder.
I think I overheard Bob Timberlake providedmost of the furnishings

the neighborhood next door

the home

Oh cool I bet that was a lot of fun.
OK thanks other than Hedrick do you know who else help contributed to that house?
If you know when they plan to air please post it
It sort of fit with Amber Trace neighborhood but the homes in that neighborhood appear colonial style and others
The home was beautiful but I knew to look for a home that didnt fit and well for this time of season the yard was to green lol

Many of these familes are in financial dire straits that have put them in some of these predicaments and what I have always wanted to know is how they pay the property taxes? Let's be honest you go from a 1,000 sq/ft trailer to 10,000 sq/ft of living space, the tax man will be there.

Yes they will. The larger the home the larger the tax bill. Such a lovely home. Taxes are also determined by services received by people living in the community. Hopefully the tax collector office would be willing to work with them.
