I would really like to hear from anyone about Boiling Springs High School and the MIDDLE School, Has anyone gone there, or have kids that have gone there? Any info regarding the atmosphere, etc would be so helpful.

And also Chapman HighSchool in Inman SC,

Is there alot of violence in the schools? etc?????????????

Thank You

I haven't heared of violence at either school. A young girl in my wifes' family is a Junior at BS High School and she seems well adjusted. BS HS being in District two has more resources than Chapman. BS is a Palmetto Gold school but then again in 2005 SC schools were ranked 48th or 49th in the nation so there is lots of room for improvement here.... I think if they would spend their resources on education and NOT football stadiums for every High School then the students would preform better.
Chapman will be more "country" than BS.
If you have the $ Spartanburg Day is the best education available and it's not that far from Boiling Springs.

Regarding Middle Schools there are several in Boiling Springs. There is a 5-6th grade campus, 7-8th grade middle school and a 9th grade campus.

Default Thank You

I appreciate your information, just trying to figure out for sure the best school systems in the area, as well as making sure that there is no violence etc, you know all the important details.

I wish I could send my kids to a private school but that's too much.

If you think of anything else please let me know

I see you wrote this a few years back. I am moving to Boiling Springs with my 7th and 9th graders. How was your experience with the high school and junior high? You can email me at krystaone@aol.com. Thank you!
