I have to wonder if this policy is really any different from any other county or local government policy around the country? It seems to me to be a way to keep that portion of the council meeting from going on and on and on and....
It has been that way for as long as I have been doing business with county government. Attend a public meeting sometime and you will see why. We have locals that line up to say somthing about nothing every time they have an opportunity.
