The article mentions that it is a "multi-phase" development. This is the first I have heard about that. My understanding has been that it will be one phase of construction...

That may be true. The former Woolworth property isn't three acres, right? Previous proposals included the lot next to the Bank of America tower.

Could be wrong, but it looks like the parking lot and Woolworth site will both be developed going off the Civitas site plan I have. I wouldn't be suprised to see the old white parking garage next to it redeveloped also.
