Dog Park in Greenville? (new home, to buy, construction)

Has anyone heard of a new Dog Park that's supposed to be opening in the Greenville area? I've heard that it will have an area for owners to buy a beer and snacks...sort of like Dog Bar in Charlotte. Bring the pups to play and you can have happy hour as well. A friend asked me about it and I honestly have no idea? She said she'd heard it on the radio but didn't catch all of the details.

That sounds like the new home (under construction) for Greenville Humane Society. The Director even mentioned the dog bar in Charlotte during a recently published interview. The organization's new facilities will be state of the art, creative, and the services will be progressive.
