This is on the front page of USA Today's website right now: Teen seized after relatives found dead at home - USATODAY.com The sad part is I live in Easley.

Terrible news... unfortunately, these things can happen anywhere. My thoughts & prayers to the victims' family and the people of Easley.

I also am in Easley. You don't hear of this sort of thing around here.

You are correct, we don't normally hear of these things in Easley. It is most unfortunate and prayers go out to the surviving family members. I know we need to know the news but this was all over the front page of the local paper. I wish they could be a little more positive sometime.

They said the neighbors didn't pay attention because it was a rural area so the sound of distant gun shots were not uncommon.

This is very unfortunate. I don't know what could've prompted the kid to do this.
