Nowhere in the article does it say it is a vegan restaurant; it does say that the dressings are vegan. It is "healthy fast casual", emphasizing fresh fruit and vegetables, and they will have meat as well. So the concept is healthy farm to table, not all vegan.
But to address what you said, very true! Vegans like junk food too- the Impossible Burger is yummy but definitely not healthy!
The Town of Pelzer has had a certain brewery contact them, applying to put another location of their brewery along with an outdoor event venue at the lower mill site.
Only words by the towns was that it is a very well known brewery in the upstate.
The same company that will develople the Pelzer lower and upper mill sites will also develop the Piedmont and Williamston sites.
