Not sure what's going in there, however.. There's construction happening in Mauldin on 276 at what used to be a dry cleaners.. To the left of Publix.

For a while, it looked like a hazmat demo. I'm guessing having been a dry cleaners, there might have been issues with whatever they're doing there.

Still can't see that happening. They're getting 5x as much table space at least.

Bobby’s BBQ is slated to open this summer across from the Fountain Inn DMV (and fairly close to Harrison Bridge Rd. in Simpsonville).

Went to the soft opening this morning! I think their donuts are probably the best in the area, both in terms of quality and diversity of flavors. A dozen is $15. They still can't complete with gourmet donuts you can find in Atalanta, Charlotte, NYC, etc, but they were much less disappointing then other donut shops that have come to the upstate in the past few years (The Donut Experiment, Dapper Donut, etc). The biscuits are good, but honestly, we have pretty good biscuit choices here, so it was comparable to what you'd find at biscuit head, maple street, tupelo honey, etc. Overall, I will return due to the choices, value, and quality that they offer!!
