00 buck question (purchase, magazines, prices, mag)

Looking to add to my stack of 12 ga shot gun ammo 00 buck. I found RIO 9 pellet 00 high brass clear for 2.25 a box of 5. .51 each. I see where some people talk about .45 a round but I can't seem to find them for that. I could have gotten S&B for about 3 bucks less on the 100 but I wanted to try the RIO. They ended up .6 each shipped to the door. Aim Surplus's is who I am looking at. If you know of a better deal let me know.
