You are so lucky. Mine is very soft and fine. I may give hair vitamins a try to see if they will increase the volume of my hair.

I take Reserveage Keratin booster. I see a difference.

I'm trying something cheaper next.

I take Nature's Bounty Hair, Skin and Nails. CVS usually has sales frequently buy one get one free. And last a long time, says Argan oil infused. Biotin, collagen and other good stuff. My hair was a pixie in 2012 and is now below my shoulders. My skin is youthful and glowing at age 50. My nails are so so but only because I had acrylics for so long. I'd say I have at least an half inch of new growth to my hair every 4-6 weeks. I also take a multi vitamin, vitamin A. So I truly believe that the Hair, skin and nails DOES work. I'm very happy with the condition of my hair, I began getting it highlighted when the white hair started showing up in my medium/dark brown hair. I'm mostly blonde now and my hair feels like silk. I use Wen cleansing conditioner and only "wash" my hair 3 times max a week. I may wet it down during my showers...using Wen to condition the ends. Using dry shampoo if I feel like I need to freshen it up.
So I'd say the Nature's Bounty Hair, Skin and Nails DOES work for me.

Ive gone through 2 bottles of the pink gummies for hair, skin and nails, and noticed no change. I think they are mostly just high fructose corn syrup
