I have 10 yr old son that I have had custody of his whole life until recently. His father has been in and out of his life for all of his 10 years. I appealed the judges decision and applied for legal aid. Legal aid informed me they can not take my case "due to limited resources." The Fathers girlfriend has cut my contact between my son and myself. They say I'm harassing my child and them because I call daily to speak with my baby and because I ask questions such as " what are you doing ", where are you" and are you ok?" The daily calls are per request of my son. Prior to the girlfirend sending me a text cutting contact they told my son that he may only text and call them. I'm reaching out to anyone that can offer advice or point me in the right direction. Thanks for your time.

she said she had custody of him his whole life until recently.

Honestly, this situation sounds like the OP needs a custody lawyer. Is it possible to maybe take a small loan out from your bank to hire an attorney, OP?

And no that's not an option at this moment. However, I have documented everything I possibly can. I just hope the Judge will take the time to look at everything I have documented.

An OP is the original post.

Is it possible to maybe see if Regent University's law school might have a legal clinic to give law students exposure? I think they do. Maybe a student who is under the guidance of a teacher might be helpful. Anything!
