Have you had a thyroid test. My wife suffered with fatigue for a long time, doc did a thyroid test, found her to be very low in vitamin B.

Have you had recent blood work to determine you are not anemic or don't have some other issue that would show up on blood work? What does your doctor say? If your blood work is good I would look into Lupus, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, or sleep apnea.

Not diagnosing, you understand...sounds like me in 1995..CFS.
Turns out getting rid of microscopic parasites, candida yeast is one ....turned my life around in 2 weeks...after a year of CFS.
Doctors know nothing and do the opposite of what you really need to be doing.
Adrenals are all part of it, also.
Core Level Adrenals by Nutri-West took care of that, for me..can't pick yourself outta this
spiral down if the adrenals are shot...run down, not working at 100%.
You have some research ahead of you. You CAN come out of this!

Experiment....look at a spot on the wall...now eat peanut butter or potatoes....look at the same spot....any spinning, dizziness? Then ya got allergies from being so so run down, with an immune system that can't even fight off a little mold.

Message me if you need any specifics...I may not be back to this thread.
Take care.

Could be iron-deficiency anemia? Especially the breathing.

Tried a whole food, no frankenwheat diet yet?

My friend did that and her life has been transformed in 6 weeks.
No more daily migraines and off all her allergy meds.
