Is it Normal to Not Wash Your Legs in the Shower?

Why wouldn't someone wash their legs? What would be the point of not washing your entire body from head to toe?

The only thing I skimp on in the shower is the bottom of my feet, because I don't want to kill myself - but since I shower daily, and also take a bath daily - I catch the feet at bath time.

Legs, MEH, those babies stay pretty clean and non-smelly..................but my stinky/stinking/reeeeeeking feet, holy cow, must lather and scrub those monsters at least once a week.
