The hip/butt bump would be fun and amusing to see, but I think I'd go with the prayer hands with a slight bow. Or if I'm feeling fancy, I might go for a full on curtsy.

I'm voting for the Vulcan "live long and prosper." Though some people have the hardest time separating 2nd and 3rd fingers.

1. Hands in praying position with a little head bow. (best)

2. Each stand 6 feet away, extend right hand out for each person with thumb up like you are shaking hands, then move arm up and down twice.

3. Wave.
