I don't think I've lost any lbs as I snack more thru the day BUT still will not bring bread, cookies, cakes, pies, etc. into my house. But I like good quality food. I don't own a scale so I can't be bothered there. As long as I feel good, I'm good to go. And use a lot of sense on what I put in my mouth.
I think I have gained about 5 lbs since March but my scale broke. I know I went up 1 size in clothes since last year. Not happy about it. I still go to my job everyday but I guess I am using this pandemic as an excuse to eat more. I am not binge eating or pigging out but I am eating a bit more ice cream and cakes than I have before.

You have that stuff around you will eat it, and others in your home too. Think about it.

Of course that's an obvious answer. The point is to not bring it in the house and I did not this time.
No need to think about I knew that already. Some of us have a hard time with that but it's a work in progress. Not a quit cold turkey thing.
I'm up about 5 lbs, but I am not getting the gym time I am used to, so the weight is "arranged" differently.
Went to put on a pair of shorts and they were snug, so I need to watch my food intake.

I realized over the weekend that the reason my jeans feel tight has nothing to do with weight gain (right now I'm a bit under where I was before the gym closed). When I sit, the thighs feel "stuffed" but when I stand up they feel like they're going to fall off of me. I suspect it's because I've been living in sweatpants since March since I wasn't going anywhere fancy, switching to shorts as it got warmer. Jeans now feel constricting! May as well get used to it.

I'm having that problem too, fitted clothing is bothering me, jeans, underwires, etc.
