Is beef good for health?

There is a known link between it and cancer. In fact, its listed by the US government as a carcinogen. That right there should eliminate it from anyone's diet that cares anything about their health. Not to mention all the antibiotics the cattle are given and the heavily fertilized feed they eat that is sprayed w/ insecticides which are also known carcinogens. If you eat them, then you eat it too.

Beef-liver, if there was a food that came close to fitting the corny, nonsensical term
"superfood", it would be this extra-yummmi food.

These "studies" that are coming out about things like "dangers of beef" and "proven benefits of veganism", and most others "science" related to the issue of food....I highly suspect much bias fuels the results.
