To describe it just circle your inner eye up by the bone and down past the bridge of your nose to the bottom bone. In that area. It would stab and then throb. It literally made my eye water and i pretty much tried to push on the area as hard as I could to get it to stop. Didn't work that well. I got up after about 2 minutes of it or so and switched back to my aisle seat and it seemed to stop.
I am starting to feel it again everyonce in awhile again today though not for long duration. It will happen and the let off for awhile.
Anyone know what this could be or why?
I will state that this was my 4th flight of the trip and this was the 1st time I sat by the window.

I get that fairly frequently, it is common. It is probably caused by sinus, as others have mentioned. Pressure changes in the cabin. Seating location won't have anything to do with it; the pressure changes can be a lot different flight to flight though. The amount of time you spend at different altitudes can make it more severe, for me a long overseas flight tends to be worse.
