I have a fair collection of switch blades a few are higher end even. I would not have had this odd collection at all if not for crazy females in my child hood that took any jack knife I ever got and tossed them in the pond.

IMO switch blades are useless, and all most are worthy of is letter openers, but I have them.

Oddly I was given a .22 rifle on my 6th Birthday, and guns were never a tabboo subject in my family unit. So while I have a smaller number of guns around 20 modern, 5 flinters, and 3 cap locks, that isn't such a big deal.

What creeps me out is females who wear posion calling it make up. There is urea in most make up and you use acetone as fingernail polish, but my wife won't.

So I am thinking about getting a bit more into knives. May get a kiln so that I can forge and harden my own knives and a knife grinder like the KMG model. Realized that I have a HUGE built in base of potential customers so I may be able to make $$$ off of my hobby. We'll see though. Will have to convince the wife first and rearrange the garage to split half for working out and half for knife making.

BTW - so far, my absolute favorite knives that I own are the Al Mar SERE 2000 (limited edition numbered) and the Emerson CQC-15.
