We have a massive California Closet system in our master closet, however, I want more drawers. Is it possible to convert shelves to drawers? I am thinking they have to sell glides and a drawer base. Anyone familiar with adding drawers?

I would prefer to skip the in-home sales visit if possible, so any information is appreciated.

C.C. keeps a pretty tight lid on their stuff.
However, if you know what style you have, and the size drawer(s) you want- and are a DIY'er, you could call your local dealer and order. Then they'll ship direct.
If none of that is applicable- call the dealer, set an appointment, meet with the rep, and explain what you want; nothing more, nothing less. You are the customer- you are in charge.

You're not kidding, they do keep a tight lid on things! I called and I am going to have to set an appointment. But the salesperson isn't going to make much on my order (if I order).
