The flapper on my toilet is broken, my toilet is a american standard 4083. According to google, the part number for the original flapper is 47146-0070A. Can anyone help me know find out what size it is so i know what to buy at Home Depot? I am thinking it is a 2in but i dont know for sure

Take the old one with you and have a sales clerk help you get the right one ...

And most of the kits sold are universal anyway. You either install the new ring on the downtime or of yours already has pins, just pop the actual flapper piece off the ring and snap it on the existing pins.
