The second one. The brown/blue is too dark and #3 the trim is too light. The combination looks like you couldn't make up your mind.
I agree. This one "clicked" when I looked at the pictures and for exactly the same reasons.
For the front door, if not wood, then a deep red goes really well with blue and cream. Not a bright screaming red, but a deeper shade. Having a contrast signals to everyone "here's the front door, come up and knock."
Added: I just realized this is the color combo we painted our first house. Blue, cream, and red door. Oh boy.

I know this is an old thread, I came across it looking for house colors for my house. I like the 2nd one. What are those colors? What did you decide?
I decided on blue with white trim. It was the easiest to get with Covid shortages. The color I got is called Harbor Blue. My house isn't completed yet but I will post pics once it is. I am trying to decide on using 3 1/2 inch or 5 1/2 inch trim or mix and match. I like a Craftsman style look.

I do fine art photography. Analysis paralysis is a real thing. When I can't chose between two compositions, I print and hang one in my line of sight for a couple of weeks, then switch it for the other. It helps you to mentally step back and recognize the strengths and weaknesses of each.

I could live with them all....meaning non of them would keep me from buying a house those colors.
In order:
-- Pic #2 Blue and tan
-- Pic #4 Blue, brown and white
-- Pic #3 Blue and white (I like the idea of white, but if it will need painting more often or show wear easier then it's not worth it. I'd pick the tan. And MAYBE even the darker option.)
-- Pic #1 Blue and brown -- a little dark
My preference is brick.
But I have had a house with siding. It was light grey. I'd like dark grey also. Mine was a colonial with a black door.
I liked it a lot. But there's more to curb appeal than the house color.
There's house style and color....door style and color. Do they "go together"
Does the landscaping seem to fit? Is it maintained? etc.
