Has it flooded in Clear lake city Lately? Or recently? I was wondering if Sterling Wood Way was under water? the Devil lives here ya know!

No flooding problems here. The drainage systems / bayou extensions are freakin massive.

The issue is it floods in every direction around us (League City, Friendswood, Pasadena and further into SE Houston), trapping us at home until the streets clear.

Except for Bay Area Blvd. Geez it gets bad in that intersection of Bay Area Space Center ... in those torrential rains (not an ordinary rain)

Yep no flooding here in Webster. I agree about Bay Area Blvd and torrential rain. One summer we had a lot of those flash floods, and it literally flooded in a short time.
