Another recommendation for Grimes. I think they maybe the only place to order Celebration Bermuda in town. This hybrid is best for our area and relatively shade tolerant if you have big oaks. The other option...Get Bermuda grass seed from anywhere. In 2 months you will have grass.

Default Nice lawns

I've had both Tif Green Bermuda and Emerald Zoysia lawns, they make the house look great. The Zoysia is tough, but fills out nicer and grows much slower than Bermuda. I only had to mow every 4 - 6 weeks with the Zoysia. The Bermuda has a darker, softer look but seemed to be more prone to fungus, or pests. I noticed that the state is landscaping the green spaces on the new overpass on I10/99 with Bermuda, it is going to look nice.
