3 Million for a TH? What the hell do they think this is, New York? That's a pretty damn big townhouse though, 4 stories, 7,000 sf.

Insane.... I wonder if maybe there's any chance my small condo will go for 200k next summer lol. I just told my gf we are cashing out if that's the case.

These are not your average townhomes. It is not in the average location. If they are selling then they are priced right. I can see old people loving not having a yard.

If you can afford to drop $3.5MM for a townhouse presumably you can afford a lawn guy. Plus what old person wants to clean 7,000 sq. ft. anything you save in lawn care goes toward maid service.
