They need to sell the Jester prison units. They can have more space to build, and the property values go up

Supposedly there will be a new MPC built in it's front yard, so more than likely the prison is about to go.

According to the latest newsletter a Starbucks is going up on the corner next to Long Meadow CC, and 99 from Belfort/Walmart to 1093/Westpark Tollway will open on April 15.

I just saw that Sams Club is confirmed to go in at NE corner of Bellaire and 99 with completion of Sept 2014. The original plans for this location called for 4-5 restaurants and fast food.

Yeah, they are building it pretty fast. I take that way to go to walmart and it seems they are hauling butt with the build out. 5 months from now is crazy, especially at that 99/westpark junction where there's already construction going on for grand parkway.

Im hoping that they will now complete Bellaire all the way down to Lakemont. Theres no way traffic can flow with Sam's business the way they have Bellaire configured right now.
