Hmmmm... I wonder what are the chances of them both being assisted living? I totally understand your concern and probably wouldn't want my backyard to backup to an apartment complex. Perhaps you can try contacting the county to see what is being built there. I stumbled upon a site for Ft. Bend County that detailed roads and developments in this area a while ago, but I couldn't find it to post for you. I would just keep asking around until you can get a legitimate answer.

No... the next time you pass the Palladium on Grand Pkwy headed north, take a look to your right. They face a side street next to the Palladium, but they border Grand Pkwy. Definitely not behind the Palladium.

Bella Terra is cool and all, but I'm hoping The Market can land some of those chains for the most convenience.
