Two adults, two kids. We spend about $1200/month. Like abbybaby, I buy mostly organic fruit and veg and I also buy meat at Whole Foods. I don't use coupons or price compare because I don't have time for that crap.

Two Adults and Two cats, between Sams, Kroger's and Sprouts, average monthly $600.00. This does not include meat, we buy beef and chicken from a cattle ranch.

Two adults and a 2 yr old. $1,000 - $1,200 a month. We normally shop HEB/Sprouts and then hit Costco once a month. Very occasionally we'll go to Whole Foods but it's a bit of a trek for us.

Two adults, two active boys ages 8 and 10. We spend $900-1100 per month, almost exclusively at Whole Foods, and close to a fifth of our budget goes toward craft beer and wine. We do eat out at least once every weekend but I cook most meals myself.

2 adults + 2 kids (6 and 9): $165/week at HEB or $190/week at Kroger. This includes lots of fruits, vegetables and fish. The whole family eats lunches we take from home. We might eat out once every two weeks.

I spend about 600 a month, mostly on vegetables. I get all of my meat from roadkill. By the way, anybody know a good place to run down a cow?

Wow. I see why a lot of people make a lot of money and are broke. I don't even spend a $100 a week for two adults. We only eat whole foods. No processed food, etc.
