We're thinking of trying a bundle with Comcast. A co-worker recommended it, but I wanted to check out more reviews from Houstonians.

I wouldn't ask your going to get people who like and hate them. Based on their customer service scores and stuff being in the news about them recently I would say negative.

After our UVerse going out 4 times in 18 months for a total of 14 days, we are unbundling. No more Internet and TV from the same provider.

We had Comcast for about five month but then canceled it. We found the internet to be very slow and the cable picture was often fuzzy. We now have att internet bundled with directv. The internet with att is much faster and the satellite works great. It's blinked out in storms a few times, but only for about a minute. I was sure the internet would be faster with Comcast because its speed is rated as faster than att's several times over, but that wasn't the case for me.

I have had no major issues over the past several years with cable and internet from Comcast.

After multiple complaints about speed they drop a new line into my house. I think it double after that.

Of course after that I had to call them 3 times to retrench the line into my backyard.

I have Comcast internet for about 2.5 years. Fast (50mbps), reliable, cheap (45/mo), almost no issues. The only thing is to get promotional price for the next year, it could be tricky. Also they have thousands of free (included in package) WiFi spots around Houston.

I have Comcast-XFinity for ever and have been very satisfied. Never had any issues and the internet speed is way fast. Like as mentioned already, I call back at the end of my promotion and just sign-on to the latest promo they have.
