Because your responsible where that bullet goes. And that's how the law is written. Take it up with the state legislator if you don't like it.

Dopo, I'm shocked, shocked I tell ya. What goes up must come down, or somewhere. What if your kid was where the warning shot went.

But, do I hear irony?

If warning shots were legal people would be firing warning shots instead of honking their horns and using their guns just to intimidate each other...

BTW The jokes were funny but that poor woman didn't deserve to be beaten just for expressing anger or trying to stand-up for her ,husband/boyfriend,ect...

How's that different from missing 10 shots?
Or we are only concerned about the ones that go in the air and will land somewhere in East Texas?

Standing up for someone shouldn't get you into more trouble than you were in before and certainly not when your SO tries multiple times to get your arse back to the truck

She ate those punches.

But if you instigate or involve yourself in a fight, you run the risk of getting hit.

She didn't get violent at anytime that I can tell. That same SO also ran the truck up the street just when it looked like she was ready to get back in, almost running her over. Then he gets stupid and kicks the guys front grill in and that's when the physical fight started.

All these attitudes sound a little too "street" to me, What ever happened to chivalry or the idea that you don't hit a woman ?

She ate one punch. I'm sure she could have eaten quite a few more too.

What of it? Is it written in stone somewhere?

Besides that hit didn't look completely intentional to me. I'm fairly certain he was trying to strike the boyfriend.

She asked for that butt whoopin. Chivalry was created to protect a lady. That was no lady. That was a beast who learned a lesson that day.
