Realize they widened I-10 in the last years and it's still jammed packed. I bet they'll be widening it again as the population keeps growing. Something to think about with the noise level.


Another tidbit with that area. Check the sex offenders listing living around Westgreen there south of I-10.

It was a nice area but there is massive competition from new developments along FM 1463 now. There is a new Catholic Church in Fulshear to augment Epiphany due to the population growth and distance. The only difference is that it's closer to Downtown due to it's easterly location, but you could do the same buying in Cinco Ranch East (of SH 99).
