I’m looking at a new construction home in the mid-300s in a very family friendly area with good schools. My kids are grown. However, the yard size is small. Only 16-18 feet of yard between patio and fence. Would that home be hard for me to resell in such a neighborhood? Should I skip it and look elsewhere? I want a home that will quickly and easily resell in the event I move again.

It’s likely that every single currently registered city-data poster is going to be long dead of old age before you ever pull the trigger and move this time!
