I drove from IAH to Greenspoint on Greens Rd. and you can see lots of improvements.

Look, it's great that some property owners are reinvesting - they are obviously optimistic. However, "resurgence" is a strong term that implies a large increase in the attractiveness of the area to various kinds of occupants (it already was attractive for industrial / logistics), and it's a bit early to say that's happening.

Nevertheless, I guess being able to sell a "resurgence" narrative will help them, as long as folks buy it.
