Quite a few of us would like to know...what is the source of your information about this huge "Earth Quest Adventures" theme park? Where will it be located? Which hotels are "setting up shop"? Who are the homebuilders, and where are they lining up?

It's supposed to be in New Caney, TX, which is a few miles north outside of Houston. The link below is all I could find. Keep scrolling down and you'll see artist renderings and brief descriptions. All the news articles on this from the Houston Chronicle have expired.

Despite there being a lot to do; you still need a car any way you slice it. You still have to drive to get to the outdoor venues.

Its fun here. Buy a bike and get on [10 post to link off site] Theres always outdoors stuff to find there. There are bars in every city and music venues. Really really nice parks around Houston.

I would get a car no matter what... you start walking or biking somewhere and the heat will eat you alive...

Umm where do I begin...
San Francisco, Chicago, Philly, Boston... etc. all dont require a car to get around.. because they have a respectable public transportation system... which here in Houston is reserved for those "too poor" to own a car.
