Cheap rate and you can view/pay your bills online.
I second (edit) THIRD (edit) StarTex. I've had a very good experience with them.

I went with Spark Energy......I read some of the forums and heard good things about them. I got a rate of 10.7 for a year with a promotional code I found online. No deposit either.

Anybody signed up with Spark? I still have a couple of days to cancel (if needed).

No hidden agenda, just wondering if you knew.
They don't specifically deliver the electrons produced in a wind turbine out in West Texas to your house. The retail provider purchases electric generation from a variety of producers, including wind turbine operators. When you sign up for a green plan, they simply purchase more electricity from green providers.
