I don't understand H&M. They were all over London. Cheap and poorly made clothing that made Gap look like Chanel. It looked like you could wear them once before they desolved.

Bloomingdale's is like Macy's. This metro doesn't need another Macys.

for quality of life, beauty, parks, waterfront on lake houston, trails.

For H&M it's more about affordability. I hear the downtown Forever 21 is similar to it, but I've never been there.

They may be owned by the same company but are different concepts. Bloomingdale's is hipper and contemporary while Macy's is traditional and mainstream. I take it that you've never been to one.

Currently 65,000 with appx. 25 villages. When Kingwood is built out it will be 70,000.

What was really shocking was I looking for Kingwood on wikipedia, and to my surprise, it's actually a part of Houston.
