The apartments in the tallest building in Huntington are finally being renovated. Here's a pic of what they look like and a pic of the view you have from the building:

They do look very nice. The Coal Exchange Building and Prichard building are currently for sale in Huntington and both would be great to do this with as well. The Coal Exchange building would be great for students being closer to Marshall. The Prichard building would be great for middle age or retired people as it is just out of the core downtown but still close enough to easily walk to.

I believe so. It appears that Alex Vence now owns the building.

Work is also currently being done in the top if the old Reuschline's on 4th Ave as well as the building on the other side of Hibachi where Club Babylon was. I'm not sure if anything is going in either of those places yet or if they are preparing them for better marketing.
